Shipping Address:
All eligible purchases will include a prepaid return shipping label with our carrier of choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. Customers are welcome to use their shipping method of choice; however, return shipping cost for a third-party shipping service is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by our company.

What is your refund policy for items purchased from the website?
The Mola is happy to offer an exchange on any perfect merchandise, with all tags attached returned within 14 days of receiving your item and with the despatch note. The Mola reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Please use the returns label found in your parcel to return the items back to our warehouse. Any item(s) returned after the 14 day timeframe will be shipped back to the customer. Refunds will be made in the form of the original form of payment.
All merchandise from our SALE category is Final Sale, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
All Customized items are Final Sale and does not guarantee any exchanges or refunds.
If you purchased The Mola merchandise at our boutique, department store, or other online retailer please return it back to that store or retailer. The Mola is not responsible for merchandise purchased from any other wholesale carrier or other distribution channel.
If I return an item to you, is my postage refunded?
The initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described, incorrect orders or orders cancelled within 14 days.
